How to Measure Your Resting Heart Rate
Your resting heart rate (RHR) is a key predictor across all three assessments. To measure accurately:
- Sit quietly for 5 minutes before measuring
- Place two fingers on the inside of your wrist (radial artery)
- Count your pulse for 60 seconds (or 30 seconds and multiply by 2)
- Measure in the morning before caffeine for the most accurate result
Undiagnosed Diabetes Risk
Assess your risk of having undiagnosed Type 2 diabetes based on age, resting heart rate, and waist circumference.
Diabetic CKD Risk
For individuals with diabetes: evaluate your risk of developing chronic kidney disease (CKD) complications.
Colorectal Cancer Recurrence
For colorectal cancer survivors: assess your recurrence risk based on heart rate, body composition, and activity level.
OxyCort Balance
Assess your health risk through the balance of stress hormones (cortisol) and connection hormones (oxytocin).
